One sweet lady who is helping us out here at our house experienced the presence of God and healing! Praise the Lord! Her name is Chenthan (pronounced Jen-tawn). She comes a few times a week to help us out with our little guy as well as important things that need to be done so we can do ministerial work here. Through our translator we found out she has been suffering with pain in her body and a lot of discomfort after child birth. She shared that she has very bad insomnia and a lot of pain when she lays down to sleep at night. She hadn’t slept very well for a long time. So we prayed, commanded healing, and invited the presence of God. We then asked how she felt, she described that while praying for her, she felt as though she was being carried up into heaven  like she was flying in the sky, and also great sense of peace and joy. We of course told her that it was the Holy Spirit she was feeling and explained some very simple things about Jesus and who He is. So after a day or so we checked up on her and asked how her sleep was going, and she said that she falls asleep very quickly now, sleeps all through the night with no issues, and wakes up refreshed, even her sunken in eyes have been filling out once again as she is regaining her health. No more insomnia!! She was and is very excited about this and grateful to be able to get some shut eye at night as this had been a long term issue in her life.

After a few days I again asked if she had other pains in her body because i knew her back was messed up, and she shared that she had very bad pain in her leg. So again I prayed, commanded the pain to go in Jesus name, and once again invited the presence of God to fill her up. I asked what she experienced and she said that she tangibly felt the pain moving down her leg into her foot and then out as it completely vanished.

I checked in with her a couple days later and her leg was still feeling great and her back was totally healed. Which had been injured lifting heavy objects after her pregnancy.

We got to give her some gospel tracks and a bible, which she has been reading, and getting more understanding of Jesus and His glorious plan of salvation.

Please pray that Chentahn and her whole family will encounter Jesus on a deeper level, be born again, and ignited with the fire of the Holy Spirit! We will be spending time with her whole family over dinner soon so were anticipating sharing our faith in a more thorough and personal fashion.
